Supreme Auto Olean New York Shady Business Practice Olean, New York

I recently took my car to Supreme Auto in Olean NY to have some work done on it.
I was told I needed much more done then I actually did but for a woman at a car garage, this is about the norm.  What made me really mad was that it took two hours to replace the control arms on my car and do a front end alignment.  When it was finished the young kid drives it out front and notices that there is a problem with it and tries to tell me I need yet more repairs done to the car. 

Pulling out on the road I notice the steering is really bad, worse than it was when I took it there.  Joe tells me it will be fine until the following week.  Obviously he didn't know what he was talking about because I lost control of my car several times and was afraid to drive it anymore.  I get home and pull one wheel and see nothing wrong.  I pull the other wheel and notice the one bolt going to the control arm I just had replaced is almost completely falling out.
