After ordering trial version of product for $4.95 you are charged $78.81 after 15 days. Then a new bottle is sent where you are charged $83. This is all in such small print that you can't read when ordering. When I called to cancel they informed me that they do not give refunds so I am out $170. They will do nothing to accomodate.
I am sure that they have no consistent customers and all their money is made by charging these fees and letting customers cancel. Total scam and rip-off. PLEASE do not order from this company - you will be sorry!!

Dear Cathy,

I'm sorry to hear about your experience - however, based on your complaint it appears you did not read the terms and conditions you agreed to when you signed up for our trial offer.

Our terms and conditions (which are listed clearly on the bottom of the order page) explain that what you are signing up for is a 15-day trial offer - you will have 15-days from the date your trial ships to determine if the product is right for you. If you are happy, do nothing and at the end of your 15-day trial you will be billed $79.90 for the shipment your received; if your account remains open then every 30 days from your original order date you will sent a new one-month supply for $79.90 plus $4.95 shipping and handling charges. If you are unhappy with the product, simply call our 24/7 customer service hot-line to cancel within your trial period and you will not be billed or shipped anything else.

The terms and conditions are listed using visible language; additionally, you are sent a confirmation email when you order that includes the terms and conditions as a reminder.

Our terms and conditions also clearly state that "We do not offer refunds on items that have been shipped" - this is because we do not re-sell opened products due to issues with tampering and contamination. If a customer wishes to not receive future shipments they just need to close their account by contacting our 24/7 customer support hot-line.

We do have thousands of customers who take our products on a regular basis; I'm sorry that you did not enjoy the product and were unaware of the program you were signing up for.

However, please understand that it is the responsibility of the consumer to read and understand terms and conditions which are agreed to; it is not our fault that you agreed to our terms and conditions without reading them and disregarded the confirmation email from us (which also lists the terms and conditions).
