I purchased a house from them. They did not complete all the work that was required on the walk thru, The appliances did not come until I was at the title company. I closed, I know I should not of but I still did. I noticed that all the repairs had not been completed when I went in the next day. I had to fly out and decided to deal with it when I returned. I talked with the sales person who said he would see what could be done. after a few weeks and a few contacts with them I was told I needed to fill out a warranty request form. So I did. After this was done a few more contacts with them an appointment was set up. no call no show. This happened several times with them. They stated they are busy and did not have time to come over. Now it has been over 2 months and still they have not fixed these things. 1 item a phone jack in master bed room was fixed by a 3rd party that set their own appointment. I now have the garage floor that crack is getting bigger/longer a time goes by.
Go somewhere else to buy your house. I have given then until 1/7/08 to get all items fixed.

They have not contacted me. And are still ignoring new requests. Well the one year warranty is now over. So I have filed a "Breach of Contract/Warranty complaint with the Texas Attorney Generals Office, Along with the Texas Residential Construction Commision. I have also informed them of these complaints. Will see if they respond or if The State of Texas will help resolve the issues. I have noticed that the sales office in my subdivision is no longer occupied, and the construction managers trailer is no longer there. I was in section 2 and they are building in section 3 out of 5 sections. Funny they would not stay.

They are ignoring me and it has been a year now since the purchase has been made. Drive by the sales office and no one is their. Hopefully they are out of business. I have found out they have done this to others. Refusing to honor the warranty.
So if you see a house built by them walk away, as after the sale they do not want to talk with you.
