My Wife ordered on april 4th received order on the 10th for a 14 day free trial she paid shipping in Us dollors

The Company is located about 40 km away in Toronto Ontario yet charged in US funds.

On April 27th they withdrew $126.20 from her bank account when She called to ask why and to ask for a refund as she didn't order any more, she was told that she had to cancel after the 14 days and nothing would be refunded.

She called back later that day and spoke with a different person Alex that agreed that thier 30 day money back would be honord. then today (the 28th) a supervisor called to say that they would only refund 15 percnt.

My Wife has cancer the meds Shes taking are causing her to gain weight, with it being a free trial she thought she had nothing to loose.

Was She wrong

This Company is this a RIPOFF and will not honor thier word.
