First off their design skills suck and they take way too long to complete a project. This is a small office firm that illegally hires contractors only. Just by looking at their site you know they suck. You will initially be dealing with the owner Mark Dickson. Mark is an extremely crafty sales person. He will subtly make you feel as if your site is lacking and that he sorta likes it but hates it at the same time. Then he will recommend Magento and Wordpress as those are the specific platforms he uses. If you have counters he'll give an angry comment and say something along the lines of "Fine! Go hire some college-graduate fresh that will do a crappy job" (Guess what? he exploits programmers via craigslists and has them on trials to test their skills.. and does not pay them very well or at all). Mark mistreats everyone around him and it is highly advisable not to let this person have your money and control of your business. If you're a contractor or a business owner it is highly advisable to leave before it's too late. Several of his customers and former employees are very unhappy. If you come in contact with this company - RUN!!!
