Surburban Extended Stay - Sheresh Amin RIPOFF accused me off stealing and refused to give my may paycheck. He never did a full investigation and then even looked at the cameras and accused me and made me sign the checkmover to him. Chesapeake, Virginia

Well to begin i went to work on febuary 24th 2006 and that morning i counted my draw with the person shawn i was supposed to be releiveing. Everything was exact. My draw was at 300.00 and the money he was supposed to drop had equal all together in the draw that morning.

So I wrote down on my shift sheet afetr counting exactly what i had started off with. Then toward the end of my shift i was in his office talkin to sheresh about some other issues we had at the hotel.

Around three o'clock the next guy came in and he had to relieve me that my i can go home and do my drop. I was still in the office with him and i told the guy it was okay to start counting the draw. That was when he realized that i was short three hundred dollars.

I came out of the office and counted my draw again and add my shift report and i was still three hundred doolars short. after i was sure that i was i went and let my general manager know about the situation. I asked him if we can look at the cameras being that i never toke in a large amount of money that morning and i couldn't undersatnd why i was short that much so we looked at the cameras and i really could zoom in where the register was at. So my manager told me go home that in his gut he had a feeling that it must be and error and that the next day is my birthday and he didn't want me to get all stress out about.

Anyway to make this short i went back to work and he never said anything else about the situation so i asked him almost every other day if he founf the error or what was going on. He told me he had been busy and he will get to it . Not to worry about it. So i didn't in.

Yesterday was pay day and i was off so being that i had to go to work today i figure i will get my paycheck that i worked for. When i came in at 12:00pm he told me that he did a full investigation and that he was holding my check and i need to pay him back.

then he said that the next day i came in with a new phone and that he don't know what was that aboput if didn't take it. I explained to him that i have receipts that it was a gift from my sister for my birthday. Since when i can get gift.

I asked him again about the investigation he was suppossed to let me know the outcome and that i never would put my self in that situation and he didn't want to give me my check of 294.00 and told me that i need to pay for that money missing. I never seen proof and he never did looked into it and that was my whole two weeks pay.

he called my a theft and kicked me out of the property. I left out of there crying because he made me sign my check and give it to him. I really needed that paycheck and i think it was meesed up how they assume and fixed the problem really quick by charging me.

I need some one to help me and go after this guy. He have no right keeping my hard worked money. Please contact me and let me know that status and what you think my other steps should be so i can get my paycheck back. thank you
