I received letter from Sure Financial Incorporated stating that I had won $450,000.00.  The letter also included a check in the amount of $4,850.00 with the address of Oliver Sprinkler Co., Inc.  The letter states the check is to be used to pay the $4100 processing fee for the winnings.  I was told to contact David Morgan @1-778-960-5925 to confirm my winnings.  Mr Morgan confirmed a serial number and told me to take the check to the bank immediately and call him back after I had completed this task.
