Sure Health Plans false and misleading information. supposed to be insurance is not Ripoff Plantation Florida

I called a number I had received of 866-220-5431 ext 312 in responce to an inquiry I had made about Health insuranse.I was told this was a PPO thru unitedhealthcare and I could get this insurance and would be covered for my preexisting conditions because my work insurance will run out on Oct 6th of this year.I asked if they needed my policy number to check that I had this insurance and was told no.I said ok and was transfered to some one else to get the rest of my information. I told them that this payment would be a one time only payment thru my bank card and was told I could change this when I received my packet. At no time was I told this was SureHealth Plans or that the prescriptions were just a discount card. I am now in the process of trying to get my money back. I will be faxing over a cancelation asap and will go from there
