Todd Mobley and Jason Carpenter are good contractors and they are not associated with Richard Gibbs or Jerry Silvers.  They are members of the BBB and do great work. The previous report about them being dishonest and associated with Richard Gibbs and Jerry Silvers was proven to be untrue.  They run a good business and are very honest contractors.  I would refer them to anyone looking for a quality contractor in the Bloomington, IN area.
