Surehealth Plans.com NOT HEALTH INSURANCE BUT A BUNDLED DISCOUNT PROGRAM Plantation Florida

Unfortunately when I received a phone call from one of your representatives to provide me with health insurance, all of the facts were not CLEARLY defined to me in layman's terms. In fact, I spoke with a gentlemen by the name of Rich Terry who responded to my email request for information for a bonafide HEALTH INSURANCE plan as opposed to a discount plan.

I attempted to go in to see my physician for a doctors appoint with a physician who was in the network and I was told by the office that the card I held was not an insurance card but a discount card.

Not have I been skillfully swindled out of my hard earned money by someone who was trained on the art of word play, but I do not have health insurance coverage. Needless to say I am very displeased at what Mr. Rich Terry thought he was making crystal clear, yet it was deceptive.

He even went so far as to tell me that my physician was covered under this plan and that I wouldn't have to do anything but call them when I got to the office and they would take care of me once I showed them my card.

It can be argued in a court of law that I should have listened to what was being offered but as a consumer, I also know that when I asked Mr. Terry (If this is even his name) whether this was the same as an HMO plan he carefully worded everything to me in such a way that made me believe I was getting a true health insurance plan. While I can not get my money back, I will certainly get satisfaction in reporting my experience to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU as well as to RIP OFF REPORT.

I have never been so disappointed in my life and I'm glad that I wasn't visiting my physician under dire circumstances, otherwise, I would really be much more disappointed than what I am!
