SureMed SureMed did not provide perscrption plan promised, took my money & provided no services, withdrew money from my bank account without my permission monthly. refused refund when no services were provided. Allentown PA

applied to this company to get help with perscription cost. Was told medicines would be $15.00 to $45.00 depending on generic or brand name. When i tried to use this plan at a approved pharmacy none of my medicines were coverd under this companys plans so I saved nothing. i was charged $95.00 for the 1st month and a $50.00 enrollement fee.

I called on the billing date to cancel and was told they would cancel this plan but that i would be charged another $95.00 for a 2nd month and there were no refunds, was told i should have called sooner. The rep that cancel my plan checked all my meds and admitted that this plan would not help me at all and did not know why the rep that signed me up did not check them first.

Also the rep who signed me up - set up automitic  withdraw from my bank account without my permission - i did give him my info over the phone for the initial payment but specifically stated i did not want any automatic withdraw on my bank account.    my meds should have been checked befor they took my money - this is fraud.
