Surepoint first residential mortgage - Surepoint Mortgage - Landsafe Credit Ran credit check without our approval & mailed Refinance papers to our home Louisville, Kentucky

Surepoint Mortgage ran a credit report on January 8, 2010 without our permission or knowledge.  I called them on January 12, 2010 and spoke to Ashley Hild, who completed refinance papers and mailed to our home.  I informed her that we did authorize to check our credit and we did not request to refinance.  Her response was, well we contacted your wife, (which she couldn't provide her name) and assumed that my wife wanted to refinance.  My wife did acknowledged that some woman called last week, but never said anything about refinancing to her. 

Ashley Hild said that she was just doing her job and that there are four other mortgages that have my social security and probably will contact you.   I advised her that I nor my wife never requested to refinance at this time.  Ms. Hild said, "fine and hung up."
