Sureway Beneficial ripoff Champlain New York

I received a call on my cell phone,03/27/2005. Sureway called me and said I was approved a Mastercard with a $2000 limit,like a fool I gave the woman all my checking account info.

One month, two weeks later, my account was debited $249.00. I had nothing to show for it so I received the # from the bank, I called and spoke with a spanish lady, who siad It was my loss, I would not get my money back. I asked to speak with her manager. she said he was too busy to talk to me.

I called several times, after the line being busy, told all reps were on other lines and to leave a message, I called again, spoke with the same spanish women, she said the same thing I wouldn't get my money back and that, this is the kicker.... "I was acting like a B****!"

I have since then reported them to the BBB, although I won't get my money back, be aware of who you give info to over the phone, especially your account #'s.
