Sureway Beneficial ripped me off too Ripoff Nationwide

I recieved a call on my c-phone around the 18th of Mar 05 from "sureway beneficial". They claimed they were a credit repair agency. It sounded reasonable. I wanted to fix my credit they said they wanted to help me. Their representative told me what I wanted to hear, 0% interest for three years, $2000.00 dollar credit limit, $500.00 dollars a day cash advance yada yada yada you know the story. It seemed to good to be true but they said these were all benefits of being a member of the program they were offering, so if I would just pay the one time fee of $249.00 then I would recieve a mastercard with the previously mentioned conditions. I gave them a check by phone, with routing #,bank account #, Social Security#, and drivers license #. They completed an electronic funds transfer with that check on the 2nd of April 05. As of today 17 Mar 05, I have recieved nothing from sureway beneficial. My bank said the money went to a city in California. I called "sureway" at the 1-866-842-9465 phone number and it led me to an advertising agency that sells vanity toll free phone numbers.

A company called Mr. telephone, or "1800 mrtelephone" its a real #. They are also known *****.com . Any ways Mr. telephone says he leases telephone numbers. The 1 866 842-9465 number now belongs to him. He says he didnt lease the phone number to anybody and he just recenlty aquired it but he wouldnt tell me how long ago. He was very uncooperative. He says he does not know who the previous owner of the phone number was. My confirmation number for my Sureway Beneficial mastercard is 3020180. Thanks rip off report for letting me know I am not the only victim, I feel a little better now.
