I purchsed (Hitman Pro Alert version 3.6.1 Build 574) as a commercial 3 year license for my laptop business computer.

During this past week, I had noticed a couple of errors (alerts). The first error (alert) said Mitigation ROP, The second error (alert) said Mitigation Lockdown.

The result of this issue is that Hitman Pro will no longer scan my computer!... 

I had contacted suuport@hitmanpro.com , explaining the issue at hand. a woman named "Lisa" responded approximately an hour later. This was what she said:

Something is trying to start Internet Explorer Via VBScript

To do this, "The God Mode" is being abused, something KitmanPro Alert doesn't allow.

 

Are you doing this manually, or is something causing this on its own.

Can you describe the process of what you're doing/commanding before this actually happens?

I replied in saying that I merely click on "scan computer" and it says "Failed".

I then waited to hear back from Lisa for a couple hours, and heard nothing ever again from this "Lisa"...

It has now been an entire day long, and I havent heard a single thing from this "Lisa"...!

 

Let me remind the reader of this complaint, that I have paid for a 3 year license (of which I have only used it now for about 2 months) to use this product that now has some type or types of issues.

The HitmanPro support team has done absolutely NOTHING to help me (THE CUSTOMER)!!!!!

I have relentlessly searched in hopes of finding a customer service telephone number, but I am convinced that THEY DO NOT WANT TO BE BOTHERED, BUT THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY !

(Better Business Bureau, please take notice of this !)

 

If anyone can help me with this, please do so.

I will keep searching to find an address and a contact name to pin this on....

This is absolutely absurd, and is also a CRIME to the consumer.....
