SurgeheatersLLC - Surge Heater Scam and Lies to Customers ! North Canton Ohio

 I seen an ad in The Charlotte  Paper 2 Weeks ago adverising Surge Heaters and I called to order and was told it would be shipped within 5 days , They also said my Credit card wouldnt be hit until shipping date .

I ordered the unit on 2-17-15 and later that day I got a text from my Credit card showing a $129 charge from Heat surge , on 2-24 I checked and no heater and I called to be told it was on back order and it would be around 3-5 -15 , When I asked why they took out money on 2-24 She said it was a pending charge and denied it , I offered to email my statement, She hung up on me .

On 3-3, I called again after reading many bad reviews about the Company and the Heaters that didn't save energy like promised and I told them They didn't live up to what they promised and to cancel my order , The Customer Service lady Patricia told me it was too late and that it would be shipped the next day so I asked her again Why did they double  charge me on the 17th and again on the 26th , She denied that again and said it was pending charges which wasn't what I was told when I ordered , I told the rep that I didn't  want the heater and to refund my card since It hadn't been shipped and I wasn't' suppose to be charged until it shipped , luckily my credit card refunded the 1st charge from the 17th day of ordering .

On 3-4 The Heater arrived and my Wife Refused the order on the fact that the goods weren't delivered as promised , Now the Company is telling me it could take up to 10 business days to see my refund and that I would have to pay a shpping charge which I m disputing since I called to cancel the order 2 days before and since I was told no charges would be on the Credit card till actually delivery .I hope this will help other consumers from being ripped- off and lied to in the future, P.s The heater also looks a lot smaller than the ad in the Newspaper.
