Surplus alert is a deceptive thief.
I made a $ 4.19 purchase from "SECURE INTERNET STORES, UT tel.: 800 533 3330" on 10/01/04 and pay with my credit card.
On 10/22/04 my credit card was charged $29.95 by "IMPACT: SURPLUS AGOURA HILLS, CA tel.: 800 533 3330" without my authorisation.
On 11/22/04 my credit card was charged $29.95 by "SURPLUS ALERT AGOURA HILLS, CA tel.: 800 533 3330" without my authorisation.
After that I have called them and ask to stop charging my credit card and refund my money for unauthorised charges.
They did not refund my money , but they did not charged my CC in the following month (December 04). One month brake.
On 01/11/05 my credit card was charged $29.95 by "WREHOUSE MEMBERS CA tel.: 877 294 9137" without my authorisation. (Same thief organization with different name and tel. #
On 02/15/05 my credit card was charged again $29.95 by "WREHOUSE MEMBERS CA tel.: 877 294 9137" without my authorisation. (Same thief organization with different names and tel. #"s)
On 03/30/05 my credit card was charged again $29.95 by "SURPLUSALERT tel.: 800 533 3330 PLEASANT GROV UT" without my authorisation. (Same thief organization with different names and tel. #"s)
On 4/30/05 my credit card was charged again $29.95 by "SURPLUSALERT tel.: 800 533 3330 PLEASANT GROV UT" without my authorisation. (Same thief organization with different names and tel. #"s)
On 5/30 my credit card was charged again $29.95 by "SURPLUSWEBSTORE.COM SALT LAKE CITY, UT" without my authorisation. (Same thief organization with different names)
On 06/30/05 my credit card was charged again $29.95 by "SURPLUSALERT tel.: 800 533 3330 PLEASANT GROV UT" without my authorisation. (Same thief organization changing around names and tel. #"s)
On 07/31/05 my credit card was charged again $29.95 by "SURPLUSALERT tel.: 800 533 3330 PLEASANT GROVE UT" without my authorisation.
I called them to stop charging my credit card.
I would like to get my money back and to see them behinde bars. I hope someone will help.
