Ordered a knife 15 June 2011 and money taken from account 17 June 2011.
Two months later and after sending two emails no knife received, no reply
to emails and no refund received as requested..

I would suggest this is a rip off as initially they said we are moving and will
not be able to contact customers till 25 July.  So how were they able to
bank our money?
