Surplus And Adventure obtaining money by fraud, Internet

 I ordered army gortex coat from surplus&adventure.com, on line 19th Dec 09 they took money staight from my account. When the coat never arrived, i began to worry as all previous companys i have dealt with on line, have only took money when dispatching goods. I  never received the  coat, So after many phone calls & emails  which they never anser or if they do you are given false promises which turn out to be a pack of lies. On the 22/01/10 i contaced the credit card company and gave them copys of all emails and phone conversations, they are now looking into the company.The bank was realy pissed off today 29/01/10 , when i told them that after talking to the lady today, i told her i had contacted the bank her reply was good they will refund your money . Can you get your head round that one. This company is using the inernet to obtain money by fraud. it is obvious that they have no intentions of supplying the goods, just on taking your money. Pease i implore people do not use this corrupt company trading as surplusandadventure.com. Because they will be ripped of and never see their money again. or receive the goods that they ordered. Finally the if you manage to speak to any one it will always be a lady called VAL who says she only works for the firm or, a guy called ALAN. I THINK THEY COULD BE THE PROPIERTERS, BE WARNED. BUY FROM THEM AT YOUR PERIL. they are skilled in conning you out of your money.
