I don't know how much good this will do to anyone considering joining survey-platinum.com, but if I can stop one person from being scammed then my job would have been done.

I signed up with this company, trying to find some residual income, I was going through a tough time and was willing to try almost anything. I paid the $34.00 + membership fee, and was soon on my way to signing up with survey companies (in the survey-platinum.com database). Supposedly, I'm to get up to $20 or more from one survey, all I got were a bunch of entries to sweepstakes, which everybody else but me seemed to win.

After 30 days passed, it became obvious I was not going to be getting any money, even companies that claimed I had earned money from surveys either required me to do a huge amount of other surveys to get my monetary balance due or my balance would show as being in my account when the survey is initially complete (with these survey companies), then nothing would be there when I'd recheck my account balance with them.

I emailed survey - platinum at support@survey-platinum.com, and they responded saying "Clickbank may at it's discretion decide not to issue a refund" -- quite a different tune form the guaranteed money back they promised when they were taking my money. Besides, I paid through Paypal not Clickbank -- all of this did not make a difference to them. I kept writing to them (twice), about their rock solid money back guarantee, but they stopped responding to my emails. After about six to eight emails, I stopped writing.

According to their money back guarantee, they will refund your money in 90 days if you have not made at least the $34.00+ paid in membership fees. BE WARNED!!!

They will tell you have to wait for 90 days to request a refund, this is because if you have waited this long, the time period (30 - 60 days) where your bank or Paypal might be able to get your money back for you via dispute would have passed. You will have no other choice but to go through small claims court or another institution as such to get your money back.

Any company that does not even list a phone number for contact is a company you probably should not be doing business with or giving money to. I learned that the hard way.

I finally looked around and realized a lot of people were singing the same tune I was. PEOPLE BE WARNED!!!! Stay away form this company. Your eyes will go bad and you will develop a serious case of carpal tunnel before you make a dollar with these people. It looks as I'll never see my money, I tried to get it back with both my bank and Paypal, there was nothing they could do. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
