On Jan 27th, after successfully completing a paid survey I attempted to cash out.  As I did so I got a message that I had violated the terms and my account was terminated.  Bear in mind, I had been a panel member since Dec of 2009, and did nothing out of the ordinary on this occasion.  I inquired as to why my account was terminated and was told that the system showed that I tried to change the end link surveys.  This was completely untrue, as I did not attempt to change anything or do anything dishonest.  I replied to the manager who emailed me this upon my inquiry, and explained I did nothing other than complete a survey and attempt to cash out.  I was told my account would be
reactivated, however it was not.  Upon further inquiry I was told that my account had been permanently terminated due to having multiple accounts.  Again, this is completely untrue and unsubstantiated. I asked for proof of such accusations and was provided with nothing.  I was then told that my account was unable to be reopened due to having many flag (unspecified).  The changing reasons for terminating my account, all of which were 100% untrue and unsubstantiated, lead me to question the integrity of Survey Sampling Inc.
