Survey Scout ripoff. will not refund my money, as stated when i joined, and no response from emails Does Not Appear does not appear Internet

I joined survey scout more than a month ago at a cost of US$34 50cents. They lead you to beleive that you would make that money back more or less straight away by doing on line surveys.

If you were not satisfied they would refund your money no questions asked.

After spending around 18 hours trying to register with survey companies and only being able to log on to 2 companies who were not offering payment or surveys at that time, I decided that it was a waste of time.

I have since emailed them many times to request a refund and have had absolutely no response. This has been going on for more than a month.

I have asked them to send me contact details but they never respond.

How can I get my money back and more importantly how can we stop these people ripping others off.
