Survivallife Matchless lighter scam Austin Texas

I ordered a FREE matchless lighter from Survivallife, all I had to do was pay $4.95 shipping. So I odered it and received an email that said due to the high volume of orders, it didn't go through and to please order it again. So I did and then I received another email, (this is all within 24 hours) that said, "I'm sorry, we screwed up." My order did go through the first time. So I checked my card the next day and sure enough the 2 orders went through. So I called and had to leave a message and I also sent an email to support. Let me give you a tip, if you ever have to deal with suport, CALL and speak to someone because their email suport person who is named DAYO, is useless. I explained it to him and he first said he only saw ONE order, then when I proved him wrong by giving him the 2 order #s on  he said that the orders had both been shipped so he could only credit me when I RETURNED the other order at MY expense...are you kidding me???? I asked for the tracking numbers if they already shipped and got no response to that...what a shocker!!!

So I had already called and spoken to a very nice woman that refuneded my one order and Dayo, who apparently never checked anything, said he would have to speak to someone to see if he could refund my money...now this was for an order that I was TRICKED into placing, that is great customer service. I didn't even tell him that it was already taken care of. What a horrible customer service rep.

But the best part was today when I received my order and the mail lady handed me a slip for $1.42 POSTAGE DUE!!! OMG, are you serious??? The $4.95 was supposed to BE for the postage. So I pay her and when I open the envelope there is only ONE lighter and there were supposed to be 2 in every order. So I take A Picture of the postage due slip and send it to DAYO, just to play mind games with him because I NEVER expect him to actually solve or even help with my order, and then I call and get Kandize and she said she can't refund the $1.42. I told her that I have a business and if I were to make a mistake like they did, I would just have told my cuatomer in the firat place to keep BOTH orders and I would refund the second one that I made them place by mistake.

She said that she would send out another order but she couldn't refund the $1,42, which still boggles my mind, but I said ok as long as I don't get charged postage again. So basically I paid for all of the lighters anyway because they probably get them for like $.50 or less and then we all pay $4.95 for "shipping" but I am ok with that, I just don't like being tricked into ordering something and then told that they can't fix it. And I saw where another pseron ordered another item and was charged for a more expensive one so I will have to keep checking for that and I will let you know if I get charged for this next order and what DAYO's response is to me.
