I was contacted by Clinton Wasylishen-Survivir Bootcamp under the name 'James Keegan' (Suspicious in itself! Why hide under another name?) through oDesk to create Graphic Window Displays for the SNAP Fitness in Edmonton, Alberta.
He was inept in answering email queries about the job and abysmal in providing complete measurements to do the work. This took over a entire week to finalize!
After providing 'comps' for approval I was asked to change images used in the design. This was no problem, the problem is that it takes more time & he failed to appreciate that. He complained 'He only budgeted 10 hours to do this' & said he 'could've done it himself but didn't have the software' (Photoshop is nearly $900!) and he has his own graphic artist but she said would only take 3-4 hours @ $85 per! He was paying $15 an hour through oDesk.
He was trying to get something for nothing, the proof is in after the second week he said he didn't want to take another 10 hrs & I replied it shouldn't; However, he & his (unnamed) 'partner' still wanted more changes to the work. Keep in mind these are 3 sets of windows totaling over 150 sq. ft!
He then complained to oDesk I wasn't doing 'any work' & he didn't want to pay any more! He lied & said 'I didn't start work for a week' & said I'd finish in 2 hours! I never said that & have all the emails back & forth (Over 100) to prove his lying & inability to answer simple questions!
Bottom line is he defrauded me & my reputation so he could get a 'freebie'. I advise Any & All persons: Do Not Do Business With Clinton Wasylishen, SAP Fitness in Edmonton or Survivor Bootcamp Alberta!
It's obvious he has cheated people before (As per the complaint HERE) and I would guess, on oDesk too (Otherwise, why not use his Real Name?!?!?!?!)
By the way, He GOT the files he said 'I NEVER did the work on' because I'm not a thief & a liar like he is! He said 'Thank's' but made no corrections to his defamatory statements or returned one cent to me for my work!

The report written by Michael McIntyre is obviously written in a fit of rage. Michael had defrauded my contractor, who is listed in the post above. He was hired to complete some work for our company. He used my login to do the work with the sub-contractor that he hired, Michael McIntyre.
As I understand it, Michael McIntyre of Miami Beach, Florida, was hired to do a job that should have taken fewer than 10 hours to complete. Michael logged a very high percentage of "offline hours" and also charged us when he had "hit save" on his computer, and then left. Most of his charged work was this way.
When a complaint was filed with Odesk, they ruled in our favor (this is not shocking, as Michael had been defrauding us since the beginning of his contract with us). When Odesk filed in our favor, Michael posted the above.
It seems that Michael isn't familiar with the concept of work, and hours paid for work. While he charged us for nearly 30 hours of work, almost nothing was done. It was Michael's choice to fritter away the time doing nothing, but then it comes to this.
What the above amounts to is defamation of character.
I should hope that Michael McIntyre's reputation becomes obvious to those looking for a graphic designer. He had no work history to speak of, and we gave him an opportunity to prove himself.
This is what you can expect from Michael - to be charged a lot for nothing.
I would not hesitate to tell you to avoid Michael McIntyre if you are looking to have any sort of graphic design work completed.
It is worth noting that Michael would rather defame someone than spend time doing actual work. He has no shortage of time it seems, to argue and defame others.
I would strongly advise you to avoid working with Michael McIntyre of Miami Beach, Florida.
