Susan Mycko/ Citizenusa Do not get ripped off! N. Miami Florida

Susan Mycko contacted me when she obtained my phone number shown on the New York Times which I put an AD on for sale of my business in August 2011. She insisted that she could definitely help me out in selling my business to an individual in Venezuela who was seeking residence in U.S.A. and asked me to wire $5000-to her account with TD bank in N. Miami which served as a security deposit to be held in escrow by Citizenusa for the sole purpose of showing a deposit to ensure for an individual in Venezuela to apply for a entrance visa to U.S.A. to purchase my business which is mandatory imposed by US Embassy in Caracas, Venezuela she strongly claimed. And she sent LOI and her personal guaranty along with her personal check of $5000-for security of the deposit in return for my wire transfer to her account simultaneously.

However, her check which I received proved to be a worthless one because she intentionally closed that account immediately after she sent it to me. Since she has kept lying to me what's going on and I lost confidence in her, I repeatedly asked her to return my deposit but she would not refund and simply took my money for almost four years now.

The reason I am posting a report is that I hope any innocent person not to be hooked up with her and not to be gotten ripped off like me. The purpose is that I want to get my money back from her as soon as possible. Is that anyone to help me?
