My opinion Susan Kaneshiro-Seese is a Flim Flam and possibly one big Scam!
Caveat Emptor ( investors & buyers beware)
OMG a close friend tried to get me to invest in some sort of a real-estate investment with a start up company out of Las Vegas Nevada with strong ties to California.

After the pitch for money sounded a little sketchy, my wonderful boyfriend did a background check (he is a great guy).

This woman Susan Seese or Susan Kaneshiro had a bankruptcy in 2000 then another one 2010. In 2010 her past experiences paid off she represented her self, PRO SE. A pretty sophisticated 60 year old woman.

Now here's the strange part this "60 something lady" who claims to have extensive inside knowledge of how to make money in real estate had 3 foreclosures in her own name from California to Arizona. Who in their right mind would give this lady a dime?  (i use the word lady loosely).

So let me do a quick recap.....Lend me money to buy real-estate and I promise you a great return, oh I may have forgot a few small details about my last 60 years or so in life. I only filed bankruptcy twice in the last 10 years or so and only 3 or so foreclosures. Not a big deal.

My opinion and advice: run from this woman and her Win-Win Inc. as fast as you can. I believe you will Lose-Lose big time.
A short list of creditors that will never see a dime!  Don't be next on her list!
