I am responding officially to once again, another report and statement from Kalni May Lutz regarding accusations within my home... the documents i have stand valid in a court of law....and so do the amazing photographs on the internet - snapshopts of where she worked at "businesses" as a secretary.....i was able to capture the complete web page which has been submitted in court documents.

Documents are truth you cannot lie about, even to her family in Idaho.

If this person continues these insane filthy claims about my children, i will extend the cease and desist order, and stalking order to encompass my children and their primary schools. Do not attempt to contact them further on public websites. You look desperate and like a fool.  They know said person is a licensed hooker in Nevada since 2000.  ,  I've shown them the documents. They are Mortified knowing said guests real identity and background, but none of us knew..... . We have thrown all sheets and towels in the dumpster she may have possibly used, while staying as a house guest, and bought new.

The new protective order will encompass the safety of my daughter, that said individual is obsessed with. Any further slander or accusations will result in criminal charges in juvenile court to protect her from said individual, as well as my son whom she had quite an affection for, only being 17 of age. charges will be further assessed as to appropriate action of said house guest,  adult female 37 years old,  I suggest the female individual makes wise choices.  I will not, nor will my attorneys, allow my children to exposed to this. Truly the actions of an ill woman.

The childrens profiles are now locked down with security measures....and for your information, i do not have a my-space thing as far as i know. Do not stalk us anymore. My profile is locked as well. Only desperate people need to 'market themselves' on the internet.

In response to this report, I am dismayed at the level of slander and lack of documentation. The only person i allowed to stay within in my Home is Kalani May Lutz. I kicked her out after having a disagreement on lifestyle choices. She is a registered prostitute in Nevada...at 2-3 brothels, and i refuse to have my daughter exposed to this type of individual. Who injected me and i was the key witness for D.O.P.L. in Utah.....

The other Female lets just say, simply isn't worth mentioning her name....but is a legally licensed prostitute in Nevada working at several different brothels, FOR APPARENTLY YEARS... as according to my attorneys. When i suspected something was wrong, and stopped buying into the poor me-victim routine she apparently has perfected for the 'johns' i dismissed her from my life, and did whatever it took to get her away from my children.   Strangely, she has proved to be quite obsessed with my daughter, in an unhealthy way.....claiming she is her 'REAL' mother...spooky.   She also asked my daughter where your 'mommy' keeps her S.S.# --'Because she wanted to OPEN a savings account for my daughter..." my daughter was smart enough to claim she didn't know....what is amusing is that she did not have savings accounts for her own 3 children which she does not have custody of.     I WONDER THE MOTIVES......

The saddest part is this ladies dad is on the sexual offenders registry list in the State of Idaho, and she exposed my daughter to him. Knowingly......when i found out, that was the last straw.

I can honestly say in the time I have know Susan there a lot of similarities to her, that I can see fit the profile and a lot of things I have seen myself, not only have I witnessed these things but, her own daughter has told me she has not been to school because her mother won't let her go. I have seen multiple men come to her house at all hours of the night, I have even seen her do drugs off her kitchen counter. (she didn't know i was watching) Not only did she prostitute herself in her home but, also while her children were there? What kind of mother does this, what kind of mother lets her 17 year old son go to parties and do drugs? 

I am also a victim of her harassment, false statements about things I have never done. I have had multiple issues with rumors that have even gotten to my friends and family thinking wrongful accusations about me. No I'm definitely not perfect and we all make mistakes but, here all Steven is doing is "bashing" on everything everyone has done wrong... If to say the least "all of it is true" I would like to speak with this Steven in proof that this person is real and not someone of Susan's fantasy land, and just another, Split Personality Maybe?

Who ever this Steven guy is I have not been able to locate who he is, or anything about him. People are public information I have found nothing about him. I believe it is also Susan pretending again to be someone that she is not. I have seen fake profiles on myspace/ facebook that are only her children's friends and the picture are googled and posted as profile pictures. 

What is this "Steven guy" honestly trying to prove here, that Susan is perfect and every single person on here is lying? I believe not, people are bound to make mistakes. I can honestly say, Susan is in fantasy land, and thinks everything is about her. 

Her children do not deserve the life she has been "giving" them. They deserve something so much better, I hope someone can help her children before its completely to late. Those kids will need help to coop with the all the lies and deceit this woman has told her children. Constantly bashing on their father, siblings, friends and anyone that truly cares about them.

Like I said before, "Steven" you are only pointing out the facts that make Susan seem so respectable when I have written, and phone proof of harassment from her. THIS IS AN OFFICIAL STATEMENT, FROM ME, SUSAN SMOKOFF.  I am wondering how much spare time these people have. However, I have learned through the internet quite extensively regarding how sick individuals manipulate mass media. It has been fascinating that these individuals at the first, state their true name, but subsequently state false names to bump the reports further up the list when someone Googles someone else. Its a fascinating process, that most of us that have lives and careers are unaware of....However the beautiful part is to be able to identify spelling errors, fractured and incomplete sentences, and a basic lack of command of the English language.

I simply do not have the time nor desire to address every bizarre accusation and allegation these (2) women have made. The 1st instigator is Kalani May/ Kalani Lutz/ Kalani wilusz/ Taylor made 89851?/ holly /somewhere in utah/ whatever, whatever...I am sorry, i simply cannot keep up with the aliases....a/k/a/...things...She has an extensive criminal record. She has accusations against her on this same website from other people from some time last year...i guess. Apparently her motive is to Rape/Pillage /Plunder...My attorneys have uncovered such extensive allegations and charges against her, that i can only guess this is why she never lives in one living situation, at a residence,  that she may possibly own, rent or lease-longer than 2-3 months.

I have established 1099 forms regarding her wages from apparently working extensively at Truck Stop Brothels in Nevada, and through subpoenas now have evidence that this has been her profession since the early 2000's. The lovely part is that apparently you must be licensed and registered as a hooker in NEVADA. I have the official documents of wages, deductions, earnings, etc, ....If you stop to think about it...what must one person do in order to make $16,000 +++ at a brothel in less than a 9 month period??

And it has not been just one brothel....but numerous ones.  The perplexing part is that Kalani May / Kalnai Lutz lost custody of her kids many years ago, maybe 15 years ago....has no assets, no home, no credit cards, 401k, NOTHING. My attorneys have run assets checks on her in preparation for civil suits. If you study her Liabilities vs. Assets, there is a huge discrepancy. And she does not pay child support for her children. This is an odd lifestyle.

My only connection with her is that she was a prior college roommate's, little sister, at a prior university. After reading these accusations, i have supplied the Attorney Generals office with all my book keeping statements, authenticated documents for expenditures, ie; rent, utilities, cell bills, etc.

 KALANI MAY..KALANI LUTZ did not spend a dime while staying in my home. I challenge her to show any receipts showing otherwise, except when i asked her to buy toilet paper, paper towels, and carpet shampoo, to clean up after her multiple pug dogs that were not house trained. I simply made a mistake thinking i could help this girl out who seems to have always had a story about which one of her sisters screwed her over, took advantage of her, stole from her, stole her boyfriend, etc.  In hindsight, i realize she was simply projecting who and what she was.

We are a very conservative old-school German family, and problems arose when she started to buy my 13 yr old daughter (what i felt) was inappropriate clothing and high heels. No 13 year child should wear 4" high heels, and be smeared in makeup. It presents a distorted perception of whom the child is, and sexualizes the child/minor. When this happens, people focus on the exterior of an individual, not the true strength and being of the inside. She saw NOTHING wrong with it. I guess....

Unfortunately  Kalani May/ Kalnai Lutz is the one that was committed into a Psychiatric ward after attempting to commit suicide in front of HER two daughters.  She felt they did not respect her enough. After the Emergency Room...3 days in a psychiatric ward, she was entered into a Drug Rehabilitation program. She checked her self out after 8 days. Lovely part is that she was an adult, so it can be subpoenaed. Her Dr. Timmons, in Rockland, Idaho maintains a refillable scrip for her ..at 160 LORTABS  per month, # 10's. He also has been reported to the AMA regarding abuse of narcotic prescriptions for patients that goes against AMA guidelines and STANDARDS. She definately seems to leave victims in her path where ever she goes.

Regarding Kalani May / Kalani Lutz accusations of theft, indeed, my boyfriend of a year, sat in the living room as she and i - in tandem, went through every cupboard, drawer and closet to make sure all of her supposed items were gone. She packed them, my boyfriend TRAVIS P.  carried them down to her car and loaded them into her car. She drove away.

It was only a few days later that i start to realize exactly everything she took. Only offering Susan another valuable experience that she will use in her future career as a Forensic Psychologist, essentially helping others.

While Susan was essentially Kalani's victim it was Kalani and also Geena who choose to use a public forum to spout nonsense about Susan's and her kids, ignoring that by doing so expose them self to some irreparable damaging facts. Yes, facts, as it is easy to ''proof'' who both of them are and what they really do on a daily basis.

To the so call Susan account, you are a fraud, if you were real you would know that ths woman is poor and on food stamp. She go to the food bank often, she run electrical cord from her neighbor's house to herms because she has no money to pay utility bill. All her furniture is donated from goodwill, she play the pittiful me and convince her bishop to pay her rent. Susan receive eviction notice monthly. You must be a real crappy accountant or you are a fraud. This woman shop at the DI, this is why she turn to prostitution,but not to pay bills or buy food but to have cash for her drug habits. The only time she had toiletry suppy, electricity, food on the table, and phone service is when kalani moved in with her, kalani paid all her bills, buy her daughter girls stuff and treated her like her own daughter. When susan called her daughter pizza face, kalani took the daughter to clinic counter and bought and cleansers and makeup. When susan daughter return with the items susan stole the items from her daughter and said she doesn't know where it went.

You are either Susan,or her brother in law, you are a fraud. Just because you address the person in a proper full name does not discount your inability to tell the truth. You clear nothing up, you only making the whole family appear more dysfunctional. You ramble on about nothing, so crazy must run through the whole family. Is it nurture or nature? Your case both, expose to crazy for 19 years had rubbed off into you. Good luck and get help...

The neighbor downstairs or so call bestfriend does not know susan smokoff like all of us. This must be the neighbor that susan talked about as she describe you as fat and disgusting not someone she would really hang out with, but she went to Lumpy with you because you did not have any friend and she was doing you a favor. Susan states she later on was embarrassed because noone talked to you and she felt out of place for being with you. I was present at Gee's house when Gee asked who did you go to lumpy with? If you continue to lie for her you are making problem for yourself, you are caught up in her lies and deceptions, she call your son retarded, I don't know you but what I know is what Susan had said about you. Susan also said that you would bring food up for her and her child but she would never eat it because you son always pick his nose and your house is filthy and disgusting. Do you understand what a sick person she is? She has no friend because she say bad things about everyone, she will one day turn on you and threaten to ruin your life with lies.

First I would like to say I do not know Kalani ... but I do know Susan Smokoff and know that she has portrayed herself as a County Sheriff to many people at the Oyster Bar in Cottonwood.

Many people can and would verify this. She has also told state officials the same thing and it is on record.' Whoever wrote the two letters above either do not know the truth or they are bending the truth or the letters are being written by Susan herself.

She has threatened and harassed people for years she is pathological and has worked at a massage parlor on 3300 S. and approximately 1200 West. The massage parlor is going to be served a subpoena soon regarding her past employment there. 

The two letters above are no doubt concocted and very little stated is true. Susan  accused a local attorney of molesting her daughter a couple of years ago, but never filed charges against him, what mother in the world if the situation were true would not get the authorities involved if it happened? ... She did this to frighten him, I won't mention his name but I heard there is a tape recording of him telling someone of the accusations ... 

She has threatened and harassed people for years and it is time to put an end to it ... She has ruined lives and will continue to do so if she is permitted to carry on ... I will be contacting several people and ask them to come forth with their stories and any documentation they may have. I guess it's true we reap what we sew ... and she is finally getting the Karma she created. 

I am Susan's best friend and I live down stairs from Susan. I am at Susan's home every day many times a day. Kalani came down to Salt Lake and stayed with Susan for what was supposed to be a weekend to sell her pug puppies and it turned into about 2 months.

Kalani never paid rent claiming she had no money when rent was due. The only reason Kalani needed to buy paper towels and toilet paper is because Kalani's dogs pooped and peed all over the apartment. Yes Susan has asked for help from the bishop who she has the utmost respect for.

Susan is very protective of her children. She does not belittle or call her daughter disparaging names nor does she supply her son with drugs.

Kalani was working at a "massage" parlor. I am sorry I am a licensed massage therapist and there is no way any legitimate massage therapist has fake nails and give "massages" in a bikini or in the nude. Kalani kept pushing Susan to come work with her. Once Susan agreed to come visit Kalani's work she realized this "massage" parlor was not legitimate.

Kalani and Geena convinced Susan to get botox and a facial peel. Geena performed the services. Geena at the time claimed she was an R.N and had been licensed to perform these procedures. Come to find out not only was Geena not an R.N. but inorder to do these procedures she has to be working in a doctors office and the doctor has to be in the room. Geena has been banned by the state of Utah from practicing nursing in the state.

Susan has worked with the police department in the past for 8 years. She was in an elected position under two different Sheriffs. She has never had any problems with law enforcement nor has she ever been arrested. The only reason she is having legal problems now is because Kalani trumped up charges and the detective had an ax to grind.

Kalani packed her own items from the apartment as well as stuff that did not belong to her. She then told Susan she needed to take her daughter up to Idaho to help with the dogs. Kalani's father was supposedly getting his legs amputated. When Kalani refused to bring home Susan's daughter she and I left early in the morning to pick up her daughter. On the way there we were in a severe car accident in order to protect her daughter. Fortunately we were able to pick up Susan's daughter.

Upon returning to Salt Lake Susan's boyfriend at the time Travis sat on the couch while Kalani went through the apartment and packed her own things. Susan told Kalani to take anything she thought even might be hers, then Susan sat outside in the back while Kalani took anything she wanted out of Susan's home.

Kalani is projecting the things she does onto another person which is classically indicative of mental illness. Susan has not done anything Kalani or Geena have accused her of doing. Kalani is angry that her free ride was cut short and feels that the best way to get back at someone is through spreading slander and libel. Rip off report needs to check the validity of the claims posted on this site.
 

When Susan asked me to have a look at the situation she was drawn in to I was surprised.
She's never initiates trouble and to hear and read the absolute nonsense on this blog posted by Mrs. Kalani May Lutz surely shocked me.

I am an accountant and know Susan for 19 years and have never seen or heard her do anything that gives even the slightest cause of alarm or tarnish her good moral character.
The only mistake Susan made was to allow Kalani in to her home when Kalani badly needed help.
After 2 weeks, while Susan was getting a hair cut, Kalani decided it was time to rob Susan of nearly all of her possessions, including her bedsheets and shampoo!
(Not the first time she pulled a stunt like that)

Caught in the act Kalani then went on a rampage-smear campaign, trying desperately fuel her bogus legal charges against Susan in an effort to distract from her own misdoings.

Analyzing these allegations by Kalani only made it worse.
Not only is that woman (Kalani) delusional she is vindictive to no end.

A quick look in to her background gave me enough material to rest assured that we are dealing with an absolute opportunistic, mentally challenged, convicted fraud.
The first thing that popped up was a bank-fraud conviction filed in Power County, Idaho after Malani wrote $4000.00 worth of bad checks!

Then I ran in to an ongoing theft charge filed by her former boss at a Nevada based brothel!
To add to the list was another active investigation for illegal acquisition and possession of pharmaceutical substances. Including ''substance abuse'' charges.

As a result of all of the above and many more sickening facts she lost custody of all three of her children. The simple fact for a mother to lose custody of her kids doesn't in any way add to her credibility, in the least.

Her long-winded rambling, baseless and merciless statements does little to actually discredit Susan but rather opened up a window in to her own life, -the life of a woman who can only be described as a total failure.

While all of this is going on Susan continues her college studies nearing her degree in psychology,
and social work and remains in good standing with her professors and meets the needs of her two children, trying to shield them from these vile attacks to the best of her ability.

Susan was elected and formerly served two terms on the Sheriff's advisory board. She has the badges to prove it. She never told me that she was a deputy or a ''undercover agent.''

I hope this sets a few things straight and I invite anyone to produce actual evidence to counter any of my findings as I hold documents of her actual income statements of the brothels she worked at: Donna's Ranch, Wells Nevada where she made $10.585 in 2009
and the Chicken Ranch, in Parhrump Nevada, where she made $16056 in 2009

I am not sure how many ''John's'' you have to service...as the prices at these brothels are actually surprisingly low it suggests that she didn't lack protein intake... and no one can claim that she didn't work ''hard.''
Also understand that the ''house takes halve.''
My neck hurts even thinking of the ''hard'' work she had to do to end up with that kind of taxable income!!!

If anyone comes forward with more false claims against Susan be aware that it will trigger a barage of further counter material to dismiss this woman Kalani once and for all, including her SS number and her ''Hooker'' number as it is registred in Nevada!

In closing I can only say that we need to be careful to whom we open up our hearts and homes.
The abuse Susan is dealing with is sadly far too common.
