Sutton Music Group, Robert Sutton, Sutton Publicity Ripped-off: Took the Money and Ran. Delivered Nothing. Seattle Washington

I hired Robert Sutton to provide publicity services and he did absoluely NOTHING he promised, "guaranteed," or stated in his contract. Nothing! It's one thing to be ripped-off when the con artist actally does some work and communicates with you, but Sutton did absolutely nothing except respond to my email messages saying that he "promises" to deliver what he was paid for. No such luck. And after a while, he even stopped replying to my email messages.

Back in 2005 I hired him for music publicity and he did get a couple of writeups in his buddy's websites like ink19, for example, not much, but at least he did somethig. So I gambled (although I was skeptical based on some things I read about him ripping off lots of other people) and hired him again. Bad idea. I'll chalk it to as a $1,000 learning experience.
