Was Scammed by a David Nicodem through a former company. Ordered 50 phones and only received 2. Spoke to someone on the phone who said his name was "nick". Did some investigating and turns out " Nick" is short for Nicodem.
Full name: David J Nicodem.
Information I found out:
Has two companies registered at UPS Po. Box's in Trappe PA.
SUV Service Inc
Sleep on Softness llc
I asked around apparently SUV Service Inc has been scamming people for quite some time in the suburbs of Philadelphia. Cannot get a hold of Sleep on Softness LLC ( " Nick" is associated with that company aswell.), but SUV Service Inc is still around.Heard from some sources in Philly that it is a car service now. I am looking to team up with anyone who has dealt with SUV Service Inc. I wired money to a commerce account, contacted commerce and my money was withdrawn by David Nicodem at a branch. $9000 dollars in total. Spoke to the back office at Commerce bank and there fraud department in regards to this issue, they provided me with the necessary information.
Be AWARE In doing business with this person and this Company!!!!

Hi there, I am not sure if you were able to get your money back or how to contact you. David J Nicodem aka Nick scammed me as well. I bought a SUV from him which I found later has a lien on the title and he can't transfer the title on my name until he pays off the loan. I can't drive the SUV neither he is returning my money back. We are talking about $15K. Any suggestion?
