I Hired Suzan Rutz as a Guardian ad litem,  becasue Josh Tourkow my Divorce attorney recommended Suzan Rutz Fort Wayne Indiana as a Guardian ad litem.   I had a Large buiness at the time, due to the divorce I lost the buiness soon.  I put 3,000.00 down and paid at least another couple thousand.    The case Dragged on a few years.  I went out of Buiness .      Suzan told me pay your bill or  you will see what happens to you.   Well I sure did.   My ex Tried to hurt her self, and was hospitalised, I got my kids back, soon as we got back to court Suzan Rutz decided to give them back to her.   and  Again Said pay my Bill.    I have a wonderful son and daugher that I only see one hour a week for 8 mounths now, Suzan Rutz Fort Wayne IN Helmke Beams LLC  asked for a test that cant be performed so holds up everyhing and will suffer custody .      I hired her as a private Guardian Ad Litem am, the bottom line is money I miss my kids and Please don't hire her.   I'm so sad I ran out. out of money she is money hungery and please don't hire her.
