Suzie Matney & Jim Coons Hypocrit, two-faced, back-stabbing, liar Grants Pass Oregon

In times of frustration, many people say things that are hurtful to others. Although I feel right in what was written at the time, I feel remorse in the method I went about expressing my frustratrion for what was happening. I would like to appologize to Suzie for what was said and say publicly that she has made everthing right again. I wish that I could take some of the personal infrormation off of this website however, there is no delete button. Those that may judge based on what was written, please don't. If I could remove this, I would. I should have never used this media in retaliation against Suzie Matney, and her reputation should not be compromised as a result of my actions.

I have had experience with both parties, and that whole family is trash.  Suzie Matney is a user, and will not even acknowledge you in her presence.  I have been to her home and met her in person at her offices several occassions and she has not even put an effort into remembering my name or who I am.  On one occassion I was with one of her many children, and she walked straight up to us to interrupt our conversation.  She wouldn't even look at me, and stepped in between us.  She doesn't care about her children, except when they bare grandkids or great grandkids.  At which she'll use those grandkids as publicity platforms to show off to her clientelle and pompous friends.  But when her kids ask her to watch the kids, it's a great burden on her.  She literally is two faced, and this report sounds spot on to her nature. 

As for Jim Coons, what a sorry state of a man.  So spineless that he will let Suzie bark first before he says something.  He lives off Suzies success, and never has accomplished anything, unless you count his homebreaker skills when he caused Suzie and Amanda's father to divorce.  Jim did not father any of the children, but he has plenty of so-called wisdom to dish out to every one of them.  Most of which is the most batshit crazy things I have ever heard, which might fly in some podunk backhills inbred community, but would definately end up costing you dearly in tickets and jail time here in Oregon. 

The apple doesn't fall from the tree.  Amanda may work hard, but she's so stupid that she let's everyone screw her, figuratively and literally.  And talk about an emotional wreck.  She let herself get pregnant by a man who couldn't even keep his own kids after his divorce, who then abandoned her and her child (not a big surprise there).  Then she marries Dustin Howlett, a convicted felon for carrying a concealed weapon while dealing marijuana and heroin for most of his 20's.  He pled guilty to ever charge from the 5 times he's been arrested with drugs on him, and had been on parole for over 7 years.

But the real kicker is how long they took to get married.  Dustin proposed the Amanda only 30-days after meeting.  They were married in under 7 months, and now have a child on the way.  Dustin is a scumbag crook druggy, and Amanda is stupid enough to fall for his lies, and believing her mother would honor any deal she made with her.

All in all, that entire family is trash, and the only advice I would give them would be:

"HAVE SOME CLASS, AND KEEP THIS CRAP OFF THE INTERNET.  ALL OF YOU ARE WHITE TRASH FOR POSTING THIS ON THE WEB."

I saw the house right after they vacated. It was a disaster. We came to clean the house up. They had urine, garbage, holes in the walls, etc. These people did not even pay rent.

Suzie Matney and Jim Coons are honest, stand up people. If anything, Dustin and Amanda Howlett owe Suzie and Jim a lot of money. How could you do this to your own mom?

I am Suzie Matney. This report was written by my youngest daughter and her husband who I did in fact rent them a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home for an extremely reduced rate with the understanding that he would be making some minor repairs as part of the rent. They would be able to purchase the house for the amount left on the mortgage.

Amanda, you say you did tons of work on the house, however there were never any receipts presented to me or Jim for reimbursement. We both asked for them repeatedly and nothing was ever produced. You rented this house and only paid $600 per month with the first month free and you did not pay anyathing the last 2 months you were there. This house should have rented for $850 per month.

Your choice to move was your own decision and stemmed for the fact that someone came to your house and beat up your husband then he conveniently disappeared.

When you left the house there was nasty garbage in every room, holes in the walls, doors broken off their frames and horrible things written all over the walls. Your husbands father had been living in the shed in the back yard which was also full of nasty trash and bottles full of pee.

I, your mother, gave you a nice, reliable car, have helped you in many, many ways over the years. We have never tried to hurt you in any way and would NEVER, EVER rip anyone off. IT IS NOT HOW WE DO BUSINESS!!!
