I can understand Juan's fustration, and anger, as I was also approached by SUZIE MOON, representing MK LENDING CORP with the same deal. Being familiar with the area I can attest that the properties are located on the West Side of Buffalo, a drug infested, low economic area to say the least. There is no way the two homes she represented are worth 150K, in my opionion, let alone 2M. What a joke. It makes you wonder what was going in her pocket to dump the poroperties. People like her destroy our indutry. To make matters worse she took it upon herself to represent the owner,and made committmetns several times, and it turned out she never discussed the matter. Be careful.

I am the owner of MK Lending Corp, Mark Kwon.
First let me start by stating our nature of business. We are licensed to originate residential mortgages in the state of California. We are not directly involved in listing or selling properties nor we have licenses to do so in states other than California. While Ms. Suzie Moon has conducted her own business without the company's knowledge or permission, it is not right to list our company as a fraudulent company. Ms. Suzie Moon was never a full time employee of our company. She was just a freelance loan agent, and she had no right to represent herself as an employee of MK Lending Corp.
