In seguito a recenti attacchi sul Web, di carattere diffamatorio e privo di ogni fondatezza e fonte attendibile, si ricorda che nonostante il sito internet presente (dai dubbi criteri valutativi) sia locato negli Stati Uniti, il responsabile è soggetto come ogni cittadino italiano alla Legge Penale italiana che dichiara "Chiunque, fuori dei casi indicati nell'articolo precedente, comunicando con più persone, offende l'altrui reputazione, è punito con la reclusione fino a un anno o con la multa fino a euro 1032."
