I purchased a transmission from S&W Transmission's, had it shipped the shop that was doing the work, they installed it and I drove it home to where the car has set for about 8 months and has only been driven approx 80 miles and noticed fluid leaking. The reason it was sitting is the interior was being redone on a barter and it was being painted. I did fill out the warranty but they said I didn't and it's still inside of 1 year warranty and they will not ship me another transmission even with me paying the labor.. I took the car back to the shop once the interior was back in it and they tell me the leak is from a stripped out drain plug and the transmission will not shift properly..I called them several times only to get rude people on the phone telling me it's my fault because I didn't fill out the warranty (online) which I did! and they will NOT ship me a replacement...Only then did I find out about all the complaint's on S&W,Got transmission's and S&W Engines... This is the shipped date 12/3/2015, was paid for on11/24/2015 and installed on 12/16/2015.... today is 11/3/2015 with approx 80-100 miles on a worthless transmission and I'm out 1200.00!! The state or somebody needs to do something about this company! DON"T DO BUISNESS WITRH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!/

I also purchased a transmisson from the and of course it was bad, I was told by scott that becuase they sent me a bad transmission they would see what they could do with labor costs, so they sent me another transmission thats slipping and doesnt go into gear right and when I called they said I didn't fill out my warranty, but the first transmission they sent me was bad and I didn't know that how can I warranty it if I called them and told them it was bad and then they sent me another, I called when I received the second transmission and they said that they wouldn't cover the labor because I didn't fill out warranty. It is a scam the mechanic told me it was a horrible transmission and they say they check them DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS AT ALL ESPECIALLY LADIES THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU!!
