Nurses neglected a patient let her bleed out gave too much Warfarin and Asprin together. Administrator Jiffy Jacobs told woman's relatives if they blew the whistle she would be transported to Chicago Illinois Woman went to Memorial Hospital with a black and blue left leg had to be put on Oxygen she was put into hospice and died July 6 2016.
The family would like to see him do the right thing and confess but he never will. Petersen Healthcare is delaying lawsuit settlement and wanted facts in discovery to regurgitate facts and their lawyer does not want to settle. Their lawyer is ex military and is also defending Collinsville Rehab a subsidiary of Petersen Healthcare also.
Their lawyer gets a tax break on his house because it is owner occupied. Their lawyer is a veteran and acts like he is always on the battlefield but then again that is Boyle Brasher law firm trying to win cases and not settle. Also The defense lawyers want a deposition. They also want blood.
