SwapnGreen Craig Bezares SwapNGreen.com, craigbezares23 They will RIP YOU OFF. I sent them 2 phones, they never paid, won't answer emails, and website is now shutdown. DO NOT TRUST!!! Phoenix, Arizona

In June of 2011 after doing some searching I came across SwapnGreen and decided to sell them 2 of my phones.   Their website made promises and "Guaranteed" payment.  I requested a quote and started the process to sale my phones.  They sent out a prepaid envelope to send in my phones in, however I opted to send them in a box with a tracking number.  The phones were received by SwaonGreen on June 16th, as to this date still no payment or return of my phones. 

After several emails without a response the following was received from Craig Bezares.

Dear swapngreen member:

The purpose of this is to convey to you my sincere apologies for any inconvenience you have experienced last month with the respect of swapngreen.com service.

However the last 2 weeks at swapngreen we were locked out of the office because of the wildfires here in Phoenix, Arizona, its been all over the news, so please dont feel like youve been ignored not only that we let go of our gadget inspector because he was not correctly putting invoices in the correct places and got all the phones mixed up physically and in our computer program so we let him go, so I am going to personally going to handle the matter I am Craig Bezares the owner of swapngreen.com we are going to be sending back a lot of cell phones and also some payments because they we're not correctly identified.

Let me assure you what in youre case is not typical of swapngreen level of customer service, We continue to be committed to providing you and all of our customer with the highest standards of service in the industry 

I am sorry that this unfortunate incident occurred and sincerely appreciate your continued patronage

The website and original email promises a check within 14 days or a phone call describing any dispute, I received neither.  It has now been 3 months and SwapnGreen and owner Craig Bezares (craigbezares23) refuse to even respond to a single email.  There is no phone number to call and now the website has been changed stating:

Due to a number of attempts to defraud us, SwapNGreen is not currently recycling electronics.

I am sure they are off starting a new company to defraud someone else.  I don't know what else to do, other than post this warning to others to stay away.
