SWE HOMES LLC, Scott Wizig, Mariela, Milade, Jose foreclosing without Due Process. Alter/change victims mailing address & sometimes not post payments to account Belair , Texas

For 9 months Scott and his Bandits ignored requests for my IKE funds - personal property Insurance. Certified payments to them was not posted, some the accept and are foreclosing no  due process. He would not give  payoff balance, prevent me from selling my home.

Most of their customers have issues,  some not enough credit or bad credit, some does not have the time to go through the Banks red tapes, and the others are some Mexicans  who do not have all their ducks in a row. 98% of these people do not complaint, so Scott and his band of discriminating  crooks, cheat, lie, conspire,  and con helpless people out of house and money.

His staff comprises of Spanish speaking, but the conspiring crooks are the 4 managers and their inspector/adjuster. Three (3) Mexian females (manager of accounting and manager of Insurance, the others are two(2) mexican males (property dept),  1 non-hispanic.  These bandits conspire  to secretively foreclose without due process.  They edit/alter documents, and computer files at will.

Scott orders, and they are quick to do. Scott  orders to leave certain customer  payment in his office,  then he trashes  the mortgage payments, no posting of payment to homeowners account, and  alter/change mailing address of the target property owner for easy foreclose. On some cases he boldly accepts the homeowners payment through the foreclose proceedings and post foreclosure.
