I ordered the Sweep 'n Mop product online. It arrived a couple of days later (cost: $49.60 for two mops and six replacement mopheads).
It took more than 45 minutes to soak the mophead in water before it was softened enough to use. When I started using it on my hardwood floor, it broke within five minutes.
I sent it back (at an added cost of $7.65) with a letter demanding a refund; the company refunded me $10, making their profit $39.60 off of me alone; imagine what their profit must be off everyone else who has been duped!!!
I have written to the Better Business Bureau and the Connecticut Attorney General's office, but have gotten no satisfaction. I will never order anything else online again (this was my first experience... and NOT a good one!).

After sending letters to the Better Business Bureau and the Connecticut State Attorney General complaining about the Sweep 'n Mop product and not getting a full refund, I waited.
The BBB sent me a copy of the letter from the Sweep 'n Mop company which basically said "The customer was told she would only be refunded $10" and asked if I had any more "evidence." I didn't, so the BBB blew me off (sent back a form saying they were closing my "case"). A couple of weeks later I received a letter from the CT Attorney General which had a letter from the Sweep 'n Mop company attached that said "the customer has been refunded the full $49.60".
I checked my credit card bill, and sure enough -- I GOT MY FULL REFUND (minus the amount for shipping the product back... oh, well). Miracles DO happen.
