my mother paid out a account on a computer for me as a gift on feb 21, since then i have called them written to them. so now that almost seven weeks as went by i call again and sch tranfers me to computers sales and this man tells me that the computer was shipped on the 15 of march to our old address, because i never call are written to them meaning computers sale department with a new address.

but all i do is put a new address on the receipt coupon are statement that i send with my payment every month. so if anyone needs to give him a new address it would be sweepstakes clearing house because they are the only peoples i no to deal with, so i ask him what is he telling me about my computer are my money back and he tells me he is going to try and track the computer through u p s, but that is all he can do because i didn't give him a new address, but a few weeks ag i get a notification card in the mail tameka my last name the name of the computer how many boxes to expect and it should be here in 10 to 14 days.

but he is still telling me that i needed to give computers sales my self a new address, how do i supose to do that when i don't no who they are if any one should have gave him are the department a new address is sweepstkes clearing house not me and some one should send me another computer are my mother money back
