I for one am very upset. I have placed a order with sweepstakes clearinghouse twice. At first everything went well untill the first item that was shipped to me, which was a P.C. panasonic touchbook. That item was suppose to be delivered to my place of work not my home address. I tried numerous times to change the shipping address by simply following the instructions that they would give you on your payment stub. They failed to acknowledge the shipping address changes resulting in the panasonic touchbook being delivered to my residence. It was shipped via UPS. I have been in contact with UPS regarding the fact that they have it listed as deliverd to my residence as left by front door, I was home never heard a knock. I had to make a police report for this stolen item that I paid over $400.00 for and sweepstakes clearinghouse has listed the claim for the stolen item at only $289.00. This my friends is very, very said and poor business management. Regarding my second Item that I had on lay-a-way which was a 79-pc air tools w/compressor.

I have tried and tried to cancel this lay-a-way and have money refunded to me, for the simple fact that they are still not acknowledging the change of shipping address. This all acurred in Jan of 2007. I have yet to see any refund of lay-a-way. I have however filed a police report for the other item. Which I am currently handling with UPS. These items were to be given to my husband who has been serving our great nation in the US NAVY
for over 13 years. It is very sad to think my husband has spent so much time protecting all of us and this is how he gets treated. If any of the employees or mangement at this company have friends or family in the military I hope to God they do not treat them like we have been treated. This company is not customer friendly. If you try to call them they will put you on hold for claims dept. for times over 45 minutes, yet you still get no where. I will personally see that none of my friends, family or known military (active/retired) ever go with this company for any purchase.
