Sweet and Sassy Ink Kristen Amodio Birthday invitation SCAM! Ordered Elmo invitations for my child's 2nd birthday, was charged by debit card and NEVER got!!! Northwood, New Hampshire

I ordered Elmo birthday party invitations last Tuesday night, March 22nd.  The next morning, less than 12 hours later, I tried to contact Sweet-N-Sassy Ink to change the date and time, after all, I had not received my 24-72 hour proof yet.  I didn't hear back by email later that afternoon, so tried to call her (Kristen Amodio) to make sure she received my request, which I had also sent to her through her site.  I left a couple of phone messages, now, less than 5 days later, I have left 6 voicemails, and 8-10 emails, with 3-4 contact forms on her website.  Not ONE return email or call.  I had asked her, via email and phone on Wednesday night to CANCEL my order, as I could tell she would not cooperate.  I contacted my bank and learned that she had an authorization code for the purchase, but it had not yet processed.  After several attempts to contact her, phone and email, and to cancel my order, she went ahead and put the charge through on my card so I am now disupting it with my bank';s help.  Her website claims that she is a stay-at-home mom, blah blah blah.  Trying to win the orders of other busy moms.  I doubt she has any kids.  She promises on her website to return messages as soon as possible, and that she tries to do this within 24 hours.  SHE IS SO DISHONEST!  SAVE YOUR MONEY - SHE WILL TAKE IT!  Try any other site!  SWEET-N-SASSY INK IS A SCAM!!!!!!!
