I started working with Jaime in October 2014; I design graphic tees and clothing. She ordered custom shirts from me. She stole her designs off of Pinterest and had me recreate them. They are not her designs. She sent me the actual Pinterest links. I shipped her all of the shirts she ordered, plus more that were incorrect so I replaced them. She never returned the original items and thinks she is entitled to free items.

She has placed many orders with me and has received 100% of her items. She is now claiming she has not received them all. She filed over a thousand dollars’ worth of disputes on me, freezing my PayPal account. She was required to return the orders in full to me for a refund. She cannot do this because she has sold all of the items. She has now added a fake tracking number to hold my funds even longer.

She is unethical and will do whatever she can to hurt another person. She has lied repeatedly to PayPal and has filed fraudulent disputes. She has harassed me to the point that I had to block her on every social media site and my phone. She has changed her PayPal disputes to whatever she can to continue to have my account frozen. First non-receipt, then not as described, and now claiming she is shipping them back to me.

She has 3 other PayPal accounts that were closed down and keeps opening new ones to do business. I have never worked with anyone as untrustworthy and unethical as she is.

Buyer Beware Scammer

AUTHOR: JaimeM - (USA)

POSTED: Monday, March 09, 2015

Erin Rowland DBA Swirly Girlz advertises that she makes screen printed shirts.   My company hired her in October 2014.   She was paid in advance and all supplies were purchased by me to make shirt for my shop.   Erin claimed on her Etsy store and on her facebook page that her turn around time was 2 weeks.   So after waiting for 2 months for orders I was forced to file claims against her.   Erin was warned in advance that I would be doing this unless she delivered the goods 1 week in advance.   Erin failed to deliever the items and claims against her were filed and decided in my favor.   Erin claimed to make custom shirts for my company using her original artwork and billed for them as her original artwork.

It has since been brought to my attention that she stole copyrighted images and passed them off as her own.   Erin not only passed the art work off as her own but she billed $100 per her original artwork.    Erin had suggested that I use Pinterest to give her examples of what I liked and the fonts I wanted.   All items that I sent her through Pinterest were inspiration.   For someone in the business for "5 years" you would think that Erin would know the legalities of stealing another person's copyrighted materials.  I hired her to make the shirts.   I had no experiece with screen printing and relied on her to make the images.   What Erin didn't reveal was that she was somehow copying the work and not actually

creating any of it.  This did not stop her from billing for it as if she created it.  She even said it took her about 1 hour to create each quote I sent her.   She also claimed that since she made the art work that was supposed to be specific to my shop that she could also sell it in her shop and sell them to my competitors.   Erin is very vindictive and is on a public mission to try to destroy my business as revenge for utilizing my rights to a refund for the items that she did not make for my shop and was paid for in advance.   Not only did I buy all of the shirts and supplies I also bought inventory to help her speed up her process and to be able to make the shirts quicker.  Erin is still in possession of the inventory I paid for.

She never met a deadline.  She fed me excuse after excuse back ordered items (even items that I purchased for inventory), she apparently has the worst luch with USPS, UPS, and FedEx because all three lost my items according to her, she would print ship labels and never mail them then act put out when I would repeatedly ask where the items were.  Erin has cost my business thousands of dollars of damamge.    She has no knowledge of my paypal accounts.   I have 2 accounts one for personal and one for business.   Erin Rowland DBA Swirly Girlz is the ponzi scheme of t-shirts.  She

takes your money spends it then doesnt deliver the items or have money to replace the money you paid her. to buy the products.  When I asked her to supply me with receipts of the items that I ordered and paid for she was unable to produce these.   The only defense Erin could have used to satisfy the claims is to either produce the items or refund the amount owed.  She was unable to do this.   Erin's account was frozen becasue she didnt send the items.    She could have mailed them and been over with it.  She wants to be the victim but the bottom line is she was in fact paid to produce shirts which she did not produce.

If you work with Erin be sure to take all precautions and only pay her using your credit card.  It is the only way to ensure any recourse.   Erin is a master at lies and manipulation and knows how to work the system if you use paypal.   Erin had two choices send the goods I paid for in advance or refund me for the items.  She chose to do neither of them and tried to intimidate me into closing the claims in order to receive my items.  The difference between me and Erin is I can back up my claims with evidence.   Erin on the other hand prefers to spread lies.    I am thrilled that she made these claims on a public site like this because I will be able to use it as evidence that she is knowingly spreading lies to damage my business when I sue her.

Erin claims in this report that she mailed 100% of the items yet in messages to me confirms that she did not mail them.  Erin somehow believes that I owe her for the shirts that she messed up on.  So not only did I pay for the messed up shirts (missing letters to words, wrong quotes, wrong colors) but I also paid for the replacements.   She used the shirts I purchased for me inventory.  She thought I owed her the the other ones.  She doesnt seem to realize that I paid for the replacements. I should not be surprised since she didnt realize copying another person's work was a violation of copyright

laws or passing off "original artwork" as her own then billing her client for the work and then blaming her for it being copyrighted material.  Lets not forget that she is selling these copyrighted designs as her own through her site.  She even stole my personal pictures to sell her items after I terminated my business with her and gave them to another client to use on her website.  Her client received tremendous backlash when my customers recognized that she was using my images.   This shows Erin's character.  Just as she gave me copyrighted material as her own she did the same with to other businesses.

If you dont believe me try your luck with Erin and see how it goes.   I am confident she will not disappoint in her service or lack thereof.
