Sweet Tooth Shih Tzu Holly Price RIP OFF ARTIST, SOLD ME A DOG WITH PARVO $3000, Internet

Update, my attorney called me today and Holly Price has stepped up and paid this in full including interest, so glad to have this solved and can move on. Hopefully Holly is as well.

It has come to my attention that Holly Price has BOUGHT several dogs lately. While she is still in contempt of court. owing me for the puppy she "claimed" died. All I have to say is You cannot run from a judgement, eventually its going to catch up with you.

I thought you all might POSSIBLY be smarter than that. LOL  I can post it at ANYTIME

If you people continue with this. I WILL be scanning and posting the letter from the judge.

People STOP trying to make me look bad over something Holly Price has chosen to do to herself. This went to court, I WON, people, the JUDGE decided who was right and who was wrong here, so I rest my case. I REFUSE to let dishonest breeders rip me off, if I have to spend my entire inheritance. We ALL work hard for our money and Holly Price sold this puppy right out from under me as  I saw the puppy on one of HER friends facebook page and I know for a fact it was the one, because I asked her where she got it and she told me from Holly and when I told her That was the puppy I had paid for and she told me the puppy fell down her steps and died, she got VERY rude and the picture immediately came down. Holly is ruinig her own name. You don't try to steal from others as it will ALWAYS bite you in the *** eventually.

I purchased a dog from sweet-tooth shihtzu in july of 2010 she is a beautiful sand color 4lb healthy female and when i took her to the vets he told me what a perfect specimen she was she was very healthy and no problems with her hips wich is a trait of small dogs she is a little princess and holly was a joy to work with.  she sent me many pics and videos if you really knew her you would know how much she loves her dogs.  we fell so much in love with our princess that we purchased an other puppy in dec. of 2011. we had the same great experience as the first time, and our vet again said that this puppy was also a perfect shihtzu .  She is now 3lbs and a year old. Their personalities are so cute and they just melt your heart.  we also have a yorkie and a maltese so we know a little big about dealing with breeders as all our dogs came from a breeder.  We love our yorkie and maltese but they both have some problems with their hips, and our maltese does not have a thick coat and has runny eyes.  All our breeders we have got a dog from only gives you 24 hours to get your dog to the vet to be checked.  After that there is usually no refund and is in all our paperwork on our dogs.  We are planning on purchasing another shihtzu from holly in the future.  You may call me at any time for a reference on sweet-tooth shihtzu our l will send you pics of our 2 dogs they also have georgous long thick hair.     Linda

I would ask that any of you, consumers,  that read these rip- off reports contact the breeder that it is concerning and most certainly get their side of the story. It is obvious that this is clearly a slandering and defaming report. I find it very concerning to me, as a breeder, we have let people like Elonda defame and slander not only our Friends but our businesses. That is what is truly happening here. She is taking what we take very seriously, our hobby, love and business and turning it into a circus. I feel sorry for you Elonda of Classy Shih Tzus, you have no class and you are trashing my hobby and the hobby and love of others as well. I ask that any consumer reading this would dismiss each rebuttal from it's author.  This is not the only breeder she has tried to defame, harassed or trying to drag threw the mud for her own personal indulgence. BEWARE These reports are so very miss leading and not only that. They can never be removed. They can tarnish those who are undeserving.

I have had the privilege of meeting Holly of Sweet tooth shih tzus. She had gone above and beyond to help me get my breeding program back on track since I had to put my stud down. I have had nothing but pleasure working with her. She has been honest and up front in ALL of our dealings. I would recommend her puppies and service to anyone asking about them.

I will not accept ANY puppy from you and my legal fees are adding up. If I have to I will be taking this to federal court, as this is internet fraud and across state lines. Dragging this out is only doing more damage. I should not be having to pay for your misfortunes.

BTW Angela, I an not allowed to call Holly, she requested the sheriff in her town call me and tell me I am NOT to contact her. So I have it in the courts hands.

Oh yes thats what dishonest breeders want. They keep posting things that are NOT true to make the honest person look bad. NO WAY!! I will post until the end of time to prove my point. I have MANY satisfied customers and YES i have refunded money to people simply because the puppy they were buying for breeding did not have the correct DNA because of a male I had purchased. Another rip off scam artist that I have dealt with in this business over the past years. I can prove I have refunded money right back to the buyer. This is why we as HONEST breeders do not spend money that is not ours until the buyer has their puppy in the arms. IF we can't refund their money immediately, should something happen to the puppy they are buying. And for you info I have TRIED to work with Holly, you do not work with a dishonest breeder, they think this world revolves around them. I explained to Holly and she knew I needed to replace a few girls, its not that the puppy died its that she told me she did not have my money to refund me. I am not a bank, I do not make loans to others so they can fund their breeding programs.

What I mean Elonda, is do you really want to go this rout by Slandering someone on a public forum. Have your customers always been satisfied with you and your dealings?   Have you never been misunderstood in your dealings with others breeders and customers alike?  Do you not think that this will not come back to bite you in the end. You are a breeder and whenever your client search your name this is going to pop up. This not only hurts you and Holly but all breeders. Deal with this in Private and stop making not just Holly, but yourself look bad. I got out of Breeding when you were coming into it. Would you like me to post what everyone thought of you and what I still hear about you? I suggest that you call Holly and figure this out and stop making a fool of yourself. The truth will come out. Who is going to look worse. The one who tried to handle this in private or the one who splattered it everywhere she could.  Keep in mind, anytime you are looked up bu a potential client they are going to see your posts and think twice about purchasing a puppy from you. I certainly would.

Not sure what you mean Angela that I took up where Karen left off. But if it has anything to do with being cheated out of MY money, you d**n right. And its NOT stopping here, I promise that. Its about time someone puts an end to cheaters and thiefs in this business.

Still waiting on my refund of $2300 from this breeder. But at this point the judge will be making the decision. Best way to handle these kind of people is to take it to court from the beginning, otherwise you get nowhere with them

Thats interesting, my puppy from Holly "supposedly" fell down the steps and died after she tried to get me to take another puppy two weeks before.
