Swell Ecomm Enterprises Ordered the insoles from them and PayPal paid them on October 24th. It is now November 17th and I haven't seen a notice they have shipped and have not received them. No way to email or get in touch with them. London England

I ordered the insoles they advertised online and paid through PayPal. No notice of shipping, but a notice from PayPal they were paid on October 24th for $71! I haven't received them or heard from them on shipping. How do I get my money back? OR are they going to contact me with how long it will take to get the product. The scam reports are not good and now I'm feeling ripped off for a product I was looking forward to receiving.
