Swell Marketing (aka Orange County SEO) offers SEO services with a 100% guarantee for top keyword ranking results.  If they fail to deliver these rankings they offer 100% of your money back. I had a 6 month engagement with Swell (required to get your money back) and they failed to deliver on every level.  They send you useless canned reports every month.  I had to ask repeatedly for reports they promise (like keyword ranking reports) and they don't respond.  As a part of the canned reports, they say there are custom notes specific to your campaign in the report, and every month that was blank.  It was clear ealry on this was a scam, but I let it run to see if I could get any improvement, and wanted to get my money back.  After 6 months, I cancelled my campaign and requested a refund per their 100% guarantee policy.  I got no response.  I have made about 20 attempts to contact them and ask for a status of my refund and I get nothing.  Most of the people that I was working with have left the company.  This company is a complete scam.
