Swift Transportation - Troy Favero Slander, Greed, and Hostile Work Enviornment Salt Lake City, Utah

On January 11, 2012; I was summoned into the office of Mr. Troy Favero. I was questioned, ridiculed and my contract with Swift was terminated for no cause. Mr. Favero insisted that I had violated the law (which I had not) and used my logbook to benefit myself (why else would I be working in the first place).

The safety and management staff at Swift in Salt Lake City are supremely ignorant of the Federal Hours of Service regulations and how they are applied to independent contractors. Swif t preaches "Right to Work", because they fear union involvement; but they are actually a "Right to Terminate" company.

Do not apply to or work at this company! Do not trust or confind in Mr. Troy Favero, William Turner, Terry Ellis, Cindy Jones or anyone else employed by Swift Transportation! They are in business to make Mr. Moyes a profit at everyone else's expense.

Mr. Favero professes to be a practicing Mormon, but in his life; he is the biggest hypocrite I have ever met! He is hateful, unforgiving, and controlling! Beware in your dealings with this horrible man!
