I am in fear of my life, my earnings ability and the life of my mother and her financial security. James E. Williamson is in the employment of Leonard Ryden & Burr a real estate office in Winston Salem NC.
Sun Trust Bank/Sun Trust Mortgage is and has used with the assistance of J. Scott Flowers, substitute trustee the Yadkin Ripple to publish false, wrongful and misleading information that has now cost my mother her home; my warehouse contents are in process of being removed illegally and without the knowledge of who is removing them with medical, tax and other related personal information included. HIPPA violations are in order. I have emailed to Leonard Ryden and Burr that I am in fear and so is my mother... she is 86 years old... I am now a digital journalist specializing in white collar crime matters... I have a story for all those who want to know the truth... and the facts that only through the Law of Self Preservation and the unending string of lies enacted against my mother's estate with the complete cooperation of the Yadkin County Police, Sheriff's office, and this man James E. Williamson: and the Yadkin County Clerk of Court; been able to bully, harass, threaten and intimidate a North Carolina business woman and is taking everything owned in regard to that business into dumpsters with multiple parties on premise that have not given to me or to a law enforcement officer their names... I am in deep concern for may happen to my mother and me as there is another 'alleged' suicide that has surfaced in Michael Wise, a Leavenworth felon who was imprisoned for bank fraud and was barred from the banking and lending industry for life. He allegedly leaped from the Tampa International Airport on May 8, 2009.... We were in Swift's Real Estate Specialists with Corporal Wolfe present for the information delivered to Deborah Swift on May 4, 2009 in the afternoon... No contact was made until the 12th at which time I was greeted with; "Sun Trust has ordered us to call the police IF you call her." I did not learn of the death of Mike Wise until the date of June 30, 2009.
On May 20, I related the difficulties with Swift's Realty and asked if he, another real estate agent, had connections to assist us. He said yes and asked me to call 2 days later. He ran into a stone wall with the information given to him that neither my mother, Rachel Hemric(c) nor me Veta Hemric(c) her only child will not ever be offered a chance to have the home of my mother who turned 86 yesterday in her possession again.
The officer summoned to the scene has filed a fraudulent, wrongful and misleading operations report that further substantiates that Sun Trust will lie to achieve the effect they desire... a pattern of deceit is effectively established... I am the Power of Attorney-in-Fact for Rachel Long Hemric(c); as well as the third party debt collector with firsthand knowledge of all facts stated...and will so attest and sign under penalty of perjury .. An Affidavit of Mortgage Completion has failed to be rebutted... the Criminal investigation division of the IRS has been contacted...1099-C forms are in house and are being completed along with other documentation that is now severely impacted by Sun Trust and their team of liars and thugs... This information is being sent to Senator Richard Burr the husband of the Burr in Leonard, Ryden and Burr as I have been made to understand by Allen Tate Reactors, the employer of James E. Williamson and wife Sandye at the time of these threats and invasions into our lives being made... The Sheriff of Yadkin County is who Mr. Williamson relayed to me via phone when we were discussing the Keys to Cash eviction of my mother from her home; The Sheriff brought this pit bull attack person into the life of an 86 year old woman so her property could effectively be taken and sold at gunpoint with multiple officers guarding the proceeding on December 30, 2008......
