I purchased a watch from Swiss Replica Store and it was defective. I contacted their Customer Service department by email and the agreed to replace the watch. I shipped the defective watch back to them and they commenced the "email run-around". 6 months later they have not shipped a replacement and they will not send my original defective watch back. I contacted their Customer Service Representative, who works out of her home in Canada, who says she has no power over returns, refunds or shipments. In other words she cannot service the Customer. Best I can tell, she has been hired to give an english speaking voice to this scam company. Stay away from Swiss Replica Store and www.swissreplicastore.com

I found their service exceptionally good. I owned the exact same watch for about 10 years and have had it repaired twice. This time I felt it was time to replace but could not find a watch that offered all the features this watch gave. I searched high & low even went to my jeweler and asked him if he could find a duplicate but he came up empty handed so I started searching the web using the exact name and your company came up. I was shocked that the same watch was still offered and at about the same price that I bought it for 10 years ago. They offered it without tax and DHL delivery. They even offered 1 year warranty to the watch I bought. I consider this company very reliable and true to their word ... which is very hard to find today. I have recommended this site to all my friends who can't afford to buy the expensive one.
