I bought a 'deep cleaning' from Switzer Maids, LLC. I paid in advance as it was a deal through Daily Deals for Denver Moms. I had to call the night before at 10:00pm to confirm that they were coming as Damen said he would call ME to confirm and never did. He confirmed the cleaning and said he would call me at 9:00am the next morning when, Amber the house cleaner was getting close to my house. He never did. She was supposed to be at my house at 9:30am and by 9:42 was still not here when I made my first phone call to Damen to tell him she was late.
He never called back. I called again at 10:00. Never returned my calls. He insulted the middle woman (Daily Deals for Denver Moms) by saying I was scheduled for a different day - which is untrue. Then he insulted my by saying that I had my days mixed up.
I wrote him a letter to tell him that he was not conducting business with integrity and the only way he could fix it was to clean my house and refund my money. He agreed to do this. He said Amber, once again would be at my house on April 3rd at 12:15pm. She never came. He assured me the cleaning would happen and that it would be complimentary.
The time and energy that I have put into this is awful. I have two kids and I wanted to have a clean house for an Easter party that we are hosting.
Switzer Maids, LLC not only did not follow up on their end of the deal - they blew it BIG time TWICE!
I would never, ever hire them or give them the time of day. I have probably lost about 5 hours to this. As I tried to pick up house and clear stuff out of the way so they could clean.

More crooked behavior from a crook in the process of being prosecuted. Local TV networks investigated and local Sherriff has found over 1k in damages, enabling criminal prosecution. So, who is the owner? Two separate comments claiming to be "the owner of Switzerland Maids". Damen Marin or Dwayne? Which one is it? I called the 720 number for a complete refund as suggested, and guess what? The number is not in service. More lies from a liar.

if anyone needs a refund or someone is saying they need to be payed for previous work done please contact me Dwayne Fisher at 720 985 0051 please provide proof that you are owed money i am a owner of Switzer Maids LLC ...AND CAN ISSUE YOU A REFUND ! There is no need to slander our name via the internet when this can be taken care of very easy. Most people who are not happy with our services get a full 100% refund. willing to make things right with this person ..but they will not let me..fully refunded!!..i had some problems with my employees.. so thee job didnt get done..i am offering to do the service FREE OFF CHARGE! but they would rather slander my name than let me make it right???

I am Damen Marin owner of Switzer Maids...she was fully refunded the money i offered to clean here house for free...scheduling issues arrised...and unfortunatly we were not ablr to make it. So she was not ripped off because her money was refunded in full..she has taken it upon herself to write a ripp off report when thats not true..it was and is a scheduling issue .FULLY REFUNDED!!!!!
