I ordered Trivexin DR from a radio ad in Oct 07. It was clearly stated that I could return unused portion of product for full refund if I was dissatisfied. I used the product and decided it was not living up to the commercial statements.

Nov 07 I called to cancel the order. I was told I would have to wait for the next shippment and return it unopened to the company.

Dec 07 I was charged again $89.31. I called the company and talked with Aaron. He was very rude and kept asking the same question each time and getting louder and louder "Is the product sealed?" I couldn't tell if the product was sealed because I didn't want to open the packing box.

After trying to answer with no avail, I asked to speak with his supv. He stated he was the supv. I then asked to speak with the manager. A man, Shawn/Sean, said he was a supv. He said there was no refund for the product. I could not send it back. I asked for the company's distributor name. It was Crush Marketing. This company does not exist any longer. I asked for a website and he said it was not up at this time but it was info@trivexil.com and to try later. That website does not seem to be valid. I got nowhere and I'm out $89.31. I have a confirmation number to my cancellation but it is useless also.

Please do not order from this company. The product is a waste of money and the company "SWM" are scammers.
